If you have found a bug in a TW-TEX app, we need some information to reproduce it:
- Name and version of the application
- Version of the operating system
- Description of the bug, including the steps to reproduce it.

Please also try the following:
- Exit the application (do not send it to the background) and start it again.
- Exit all running applications and start the app again.
